Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, invoicing and billing
- Handle and manage customer orders
- Update monthly customer statements, send invoices and payment reminders.
- Process recording and filing documents
- Other administrative tasks
Job Requirement
- Minimum SPM qualification with more than 1 year of working experience as a clerk or billing clerk
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
