QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirement :
 

• Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in related field
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a MUST. Mastery of Mandarin is a plus.
• Preferable Sarawakian

Job Description :
 

• To undertake full range of QS activities which include estimation, quantities take-off and claim preparation
• To prepare budget reporting on a regular basis.
• To prepare the interim progress claim and monitor the status of the same. To ensure work done is being certified timely and accurately by client / contractor through site valuation
• To conduct & attend site meeting as and when required.
• To manage progress claims and variation orders submitted by sub-contractors and suppliers, and to ensure payments are in order and in accordance to the terms of the contract.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
