QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

• Prepare costs estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Manage and control project costs to ensure alignment with budget.
• Assist in tendering processes, contract administration and procurement.
• Monitor material usage and handle claims and variation.
• Conduct on-site measurements and progress evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and costs control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work on-site and handle fieldwork when required.
