OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Position Summary:

• Supervise daily logistics operations covering warehouse, airport, drivers, and forwarding activities
• Monitor cargo movement (import & export) to ensure on-time and accurate handling
• Plan and coordinate manpower, driver allocation, and truck scheduling
• Ensure SOP compliance, operational efficiency, and smooth workflow between departments
• Handle operational issues, delays, or discrepancies and report to management
• Coordinate with airlines, transporters, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor staff performance and support KPI implementation
• Ensure proper documentation, handover, and cargo security at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in logistics / forwarding / warehouse operations
• Experience in airport operations or freight handling is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational matters
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, operational systems)
• Responsible, firm, and hands-on attitude
