Qualification

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields is highly preferred, as it provides fundamental knowledge in customer management, communication, and commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network and understanding of modern and general trade markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license (willing to travel extensively).
  • Basic computer literacy — familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting systems.
  • Language proficiency — good command of English and local languages for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Energetic, driven, and passionate about achieving sales targets

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting new leads and opportunities within the local market
  • Promote and sell company products to retail, wholesale, and HORECA
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings and presentations with potential clients
  • Ensure prompt collection of payments and monitor account status.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline management
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Providing feedback and insights to the management team to help improve sales processes and products
