Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Support
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with foreign worker's working visa application and renewal
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and company policies

Administrative Duties

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office coordination
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Prepare letters or any internal communications
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, Sarawak Labour Ordinance and basic HR practices is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
