Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and interview coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with foreign worker's working visa application and renewal
Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and company policies
Administrative Duties
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office coordination
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
Prepare letters or any internal communications
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered)
knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, Sarawak Labour Ordinance and basic HR practices is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Able to handle confidential information professionally
