SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing and monitoring OSH policies to ensure full compliance with statutory and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training for all workers.
• Liaise with authorities (DOSH, NIOSH, BOMBA, CIDB) on inspections, reporting, and registrations, including accident investigations.
• Proactively identify risks, enforce safe work practices, and promote a strong safety culture across project sites.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Safety & Health with NIOSH certification and DOSH registration Green Book).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction site safety and health management.
• Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and construction safety practices.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with site teams and authorities.
