Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring OSH policies to ensure full compliance with statutory and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training for all workers.
- Liaise with authorities (DOSH, NIOSH, BOMBA, CIDB) on inspections, reporting, and registrations, including accident investigations.
- Proactively identify risks, enforce safe work practices, and promote a strong safety culture across project sites.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Safety & Health with NIOSH certification and DOSH registration Green Book).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction site safety and health management.
- Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and construction safety practices.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with site teams and authorities.
