ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Requirement:

• Minimum Academic Qualification- Degree / Diploma in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates with accounting related background are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English, and Mandarin preferably.
• Savvy in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
• Excellent management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

JOB Description:

• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
