Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including workplace, meeting rooms and common areas.
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including performing dispatching documents, coordinating courier services and making bank deposit when necessary.
Ensure the timely delivery of products and documents to external parties when necessary.
Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities that are as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or any equivalent qualifications.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Must have a self-owned motorbike for daily document delivery.
Good working attitude and personality.
Punctual and good attendance record.
Able to work in multitask.
Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
