Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and basic accounting tasks
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers
- Manage e-Invoicing and accounting software
- Record payments, expenses, and petty cash
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Assist in monthly accounts and simple reports
- Follow up on payments and liaise with clients and suppliers
- Support basic HR and office administration duties
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting and administration processes
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, email)
Required Experience
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in admin and account’s role
- Experience in e-Invoicing and accounting software
- Experience in construction or contracting company is an advantage
