SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE 客户服务专员

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders From “Autocount System” to drivers accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics team for smooth delivery.
• Provide after-sales service and follow up with customers.
• Ensure deadlines and commitments to customers are delivered responsibly.

Requirements:
 

• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Passionate about customer service, friendly, and responsive.
