Job Details
- Preferable male
- Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in related field
- Must have work experience as farm supervisor or any similar working experience
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills (English, BM & Mandarin)
- Supervise planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities
- Manage and guide farm workers
- Monitor crop growth, pests, and diseases
- Ensure proper use of farm inputs and equipment
- Report daily farm activities to management
