Job Details
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for geotechnical and geological projects.
- Evaluate and track project progress in relation to budgets and contract terms.
- Support procurement processes including sourcing, pricing, and contract evaluations.
- Liaise with engineers, site teams, and external vendors on project cost matters.
- Assist in project claims, variations, and final account settlements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic QS software.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
