Coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Supervise and provide guidance to a team of construction workers
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Assist with the planning and scheduling of tasks and resources
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with minimum 2-3 years' experience as a site supervisor or in a similar construction role.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and inspection requirements
Basic leadership skills with the ability to manage site personnel and coordinate inspection works
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, inspection processes, and equipment
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and quality regulations
Able to work independently and under pressure in a site-based environment
