Job Details

Responsibility:
 

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, upload DO/ tickets, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining records
  • Key in and update daily site dairy record, update and track material delivery records and equipment usage
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers)
  • Manage and update company databases, records, and documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support HR or Finance with basic documentation (leave forms, invoices, expense claims, etc.)
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, direct inquiries, and welcome visitors
  • Ensure documents are properly organized and easily accessible for audits or reference
  • Perform any other clerical tasks assigned by supervisors or management

Qualification: 
 

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

TMK CONSTRUCTION & TRANSPORT SDN BHD - 1. SITE ENGINEER (Within Sarawak), Diploma+ (Civil/Structural), 3+ yrs site exp (fresh grads ok), assist PM/CM, coord consultants/subcon, inspections, QA/QC, reports, tight deadlines
2. SITE SUPERVISOR (Within Sarawak), SPM+, 3+ yrs roads/infrastructure, monitor progress, manage manpower/machinery/materials, supervise teams, site diary & QAQC, liaise QS, self-motivated
3. LORRY DRIVER (10 WHEELS) (Within Sarawak), valid GDL, 2+ yrs commercial driving, deliver goods/materials, load/unload, follow traffic laws, routine lorry maintenance, safe/clean record
4. ADMIN CLERK (Within Sarawak), Min SPM/Diploma (Biz Admin), admin exp preferred, filing/data entry/DO, emails & reports, inventory, support HR/Finance, MS Office, Chinese+English+BM, confidential
