SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR (LOGISTICS) Job Location: Kuching, Sarawak
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the movement of our customers’
import and export shipments. You will be the main point of contact for coordination between our
customers and carrier agents.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day operational activities according to requirements and KPI, ensuring close coordination with clients and agents to obtain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales quotations to customers.
- Arrange bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions accurately.
- Communicate and follow up with customers on the status of their shipments.
- Review documents required for customs declaration and, when required, assisting in the preparation of the same.
- Coordinate with operation team when required.
- Assist superior with any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline or, for candidates with min 2-years working experience in the field, SPM level.
- Preferably minimum 2 years working experience in Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding.
- Understanding Customs, shipping documentation and procedures is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Good computer skills (Email, Excel, and Word).
