Carry out general accounting duties, including data entry, record maintenance, and preparation of accounting-related documentation.
Assist in the preparation of invoices, fee proposals, and related documents.
Support the preparation of documentation for tax submissions, SST, e-invoicing, and licence renewals, where applicable.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on financial matters to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and government regulations.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team as required.
Arrange travel-related matters, including flight bookings and accommodation, for staff and directors attending office or project-related trips.
On-the-job training will be provided under the guidance and support of senior staff.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role will have an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with strong multitasking and task-prioritisation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and familiar with accounting software.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
