Job Description:
- Conduct inspection and preparation of valuation report for various types of properties
- To assist in market research and data collection
Requirements:
- Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
- Possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Property Valuation or Estate Management or equivalent.
- Candidates with Diploma/ Degree in other related fields are also encouraged to apply. Such fields are Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Construction, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics or Engineering.
- Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
- Responsible and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Must possess a driving licence and willing to drive.
- Computer skills/computer literate.
- Remunerations shall be based on experience and qualification. Training will be provided for successful candidate.
