
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: Kuching
Job Requirements:
SPM / Certificate / Diploma
Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
Willing to learn, responsible and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
1 – 2 years experience
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing tender documents, project documentation, quotations and invoices
Maintain office supplies and handle inventory control
Manage office correspondence, including emails and incoming/outgoing documents
Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
