JUNIOR / SENIOR DRAFTSMAN  
Qualifications:
 

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, and/or relevant fields
• 2–5 years experiences in an architectural consultancy environment in Kuching

Personal Skills
 

• Punctual, self motivated, and independent
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities with employers, colleagues, consultants and authorities.
• Able to converse, listen, and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and as a team member, meet project deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and over time, when required

Other Requirements
 

• Must possess valid driving license and own transport
• Must be willing to travel, when required
• Good proficiency in drafting software i.e. AutoCAD, ZWCad
• Some experience in 3D modelling / BIM software i.e. Sketchup, Revit, ArchiCAD
• Some experience in Microsoft office software i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Some experience and knowledge in SBO 1994, and authority submission checklists

Job Responsibilities
 

• Preparing submission drawings, tender drawings, and construction drawings and other necessary documents to the relevant approving authorities
• Attending site meetings when required, and preparing minutes of meeting
• Meeting relevant authorities for submission processes
