SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INTERN

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our Software Development & Innovation 
team as Software Development Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world 
development projects, allowing you to work closely with experienced developers and contribute 
directly to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of internal systems, web applications, and 
AI-assisted solutions.
This internship is designed to build strong technical foundations, industry-ready experience, and 
professional development in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
 

• As a Software Development Intern, you will:
• Full-Stack Development
• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining internal web applications.
• Work with modern frameworks and technologies including: Laravel (PHP), Angular (TypeScript), Node.js, Vue.js, Python, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Database Integration
• Support development tasks involving MySQL and MongoDB.
• Assist in designing database schemas, writing queries, and handling data operations.
• Collaboration & Agile Practices
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and senior software engineers.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
• Perform basic QA testing (unit tests, functionality checks, bug validations).
• Support documentation of test results and work closely with the team to ensure software quality.
• Front-End Enhancements
• Contribute to improving UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and performance across web applications.
• AI & Automation Exploration
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven features, automation workflows, and intelligent processes into business systems.
• Code Maintenance & Documentation
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Document development progress, codebase changes, user guides, and release notes.

Requirements
 

• Educational Background
• Pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
• Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python).
• Understanding of database systems (MySQL/MongoDB).
