Job Details
Responsibilities:
Handle office documentation, correspondence, and other daily tasks.
Manage full set of accounts, daily operations, and month-end closing.
Manage bookkeeping, invoices, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and etc.
Qualifications
Min. 1 year experiences in administrative or clerical roles (entry-level acceptable with relevant skills)
Min. 1 year experiences (executive / officer)
Possess diploma in Business Administration, HR, Account & Finance or equivalent.
Proficient in AutoCount & MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or other related software.
Ability to multitask and adapt to varying administrative needs
