Job Details

Responsibilities:
 

  • Handle office documentation, correspondence, and other daily tasks.
  • Manage full set of accounts, daily operations, and month-end closing.
  • Manage bookkeeping, invoices, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and etc.

Qualifications
 

  • Min. 1 year experiences in administrative or clerical roles (entry-level acceptable with relevant skills)
  • Min. 1 year experiences (executive / officer)
  • Possess diploma in Business Administration, HR, Account & Finance or equivalent.
  • Proficient in AutoCount & MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or other related software.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to varying administrative needs
