PROJECT COORDINATOR (Kuching)
Salary range : RM 2500-3500 above (depending on experience)
- Willing to work on site
- Building construction field
- To submit documents to related authorities and follow up submit status
- To attend monthly site progress/technical meeting with main contractor and consultants
- Arrange the project hand over to the client /owner upon project completion and OP obtained
- Follow up with clients/owner upon the defect liability period commenced, coordinate with the main contractor as make good defects are by main contractor
- To coordinate between consultants and main contractor for any technical /drawing issues occured on site as the project is in running
- Based in Kuching
