IT SUPPORT SUPERVISOR CUM GRAPHIC DESIGN (Kuching)
Key Responsibilities

• IT Support Supervision & Graphic Design
• Lead, supervise, and support the IT support team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
• Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
• Create visual content including banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and social media designs.
• Support company branding and ensure consistency in all marketing materials.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of sales & marketing procedures.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking & writing).
• Interest in the travel industry is an added advantage.
