PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively present and demonstrate their benefits.
- Provide product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites or events.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues in collaboration with technical teams
- Build and enhance business relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirement:
- Must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Science or equivalent field.
- At least 1 – 2 years of related experience. Preferable with working experience in laboratories.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
- Skilled in preparing clear, engaging and well-structured slide presentations.
- Confident in public speaking and demonstration.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Willing to travel outstation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
