Job Responsibilities:
- Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre
- Achieve monthly sales, unit and quality targets
- Develop and motivate aftersales staff
- Focus on customers' satisfaction activities
- Regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry
- Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
