MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS (Kota Samarahan)
Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre
  • Achieve monthly sales, unit and quality targets
  • Develop and motivate aftersales staff
  • Focus on customers' satisfaction activities
  • Regulatory compliance

Requirements
 

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry
  • Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
