WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - Kuching
 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
• Lead and manage a team of pickers, packers, and checkers
• Plan workforce, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety rules, and warehouse best practices
• Conduct training and guide new staff
• Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• At least 2–4 years of warehouse experience, including supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage a large volume of tasks efficiently
• Experience with WMS/warehouse software is a strong advantage
• Problem-solving mindset, able to work independently
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or shift hours when required
• Knowledge of safety compliance and warehouse equipment usage (e.g., pallet jack, forklift—certification is a plus)
