PURCHASING AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Key responsibilities:
- Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in line with company needs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Administrative Support: Assist in handling various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory records to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, purchases, and correspondence, and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth procurement and operational processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Conversant in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
