QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching)
 

• Minimum diploma qualification or similar working experience
• Understanding of pre/ post contract
• Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
• Tender document/ costing preparation & submission
• Acquire quotations from suppliers / subcontractor/ and assessment of quotation, negotiate and award of sub-contractor & suppliers, prepare & monitor material delivery schedule & wastage control.
• Managing, monitoring and coordinate all QS works (take off for BQ preparations & price analysis, tender document preparation & submission)
• Good in Microsoft especially excel.
• Familiar with local supplier/ contractor (materials purchase/ contractor)
