Achieve sales targets as well as to develop and enhance customer network.
Define and monitor performance of direct reports by communicating goals, productivity levels, individual CSI Score ratings and developing work plans, such as daily call reports, weekly result reports, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Consistently work to develop an expert sales team and staff through ongoing training, motivation, and coaching.
Requirements:-
Excellent leadership, management, and communications skills.
Experienced and/or highly knowledgeable on operating a car sales department including skills in advertising, merchandising, inventory, financing, and selling cars.
Ability to manage/lead motivates, evaluate, develop and direct sales management and staff.
Superior Customer contact skills and experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skill
