HR AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE (Gala City, Kuching)
- Degree/ Diploma in HR or any related field with minimum 2 Years HR working experience.
- Computer literate with proficient in SQL Payroll, Microsoft Excel/ Word.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Manage day-today office operations, handle routine inquiries and provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
- Track attendance/ leave records and ensure timely processing of payroll.
- Ensure the organization’s policies are in compliance with labor laws, government regulations and statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc).
- Handle work permit applications and renewals for foreign workers.
- Able to work under pressure and independently and teamworkoriented
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Any ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by the management
