QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ Kuching

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of contract documentation.
• Monitor project costs, track variances, and report on progress.
• Manage progress claims.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
