QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Kuching / Miri)
Job Description
- To initiate, prepare, coordinate, taking off quantities, price, compile, check and to complete Project Tender Document Submission.
- To coordinate, check, verify and evaluate all relevant document for the interim Progress Claims and Interim payment Certificates, inclusive of documents from Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
- To initiate and conduct the joint inspection for valuation of work done with external and internal stakeholders, as and when necessary.
- To initiate, check, verify and evaluate all Variation Orders (VO)
Requirements
- Minimum level of education: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor
- 1 or 2 years of experience
- Good at English & Melayu
- Driving License and Own Transport
