OPERATION CLERK - SIBU & MIRI
Requirements:
- Possess SPM, STPM or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiency.
- Willing to travel for stock checks or other company related tasks when required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Non-Muslim candidates only, due to the handling and sale of non-halal products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain the company’s inventory database, ensuring all stock information is up to date and recorded correctly.
- Record inventory data manually or using inventory management system or handled devices.
- Monitor and report any missing, lost or damaged inventory to the management promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of stock reports and documentation required by management.
- Perform general clerk and administrative duties as needed and carry out any other tasks assigned by management or Director.
Additional information:
- Training and guidance will be provided.
- Able to start work immediately is preferred.
