We are looking for a dynamic & result-driven regional sales candidate to lead our sales effort in East Msia area (Sabah & Sarawak). This role involves managing LOWER TRADE distributors/wholesaler, driving sales growth and ensuring effective product distribution & promotion within the region.
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets across East Msia.
- Responsible and accountable for achieving Sales Targets.
- Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas.
- To maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
- To handle the credit collection and related issues
- To secure the goods visibility of display area for company products & maintain proper display/ merchandising in outlets.
- To manage/ ensure the stock level is sufficient in outlets.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess min Diploma holder or equivalent field.
- Min 5 years related working experience in FMCG industry, those from Pet Food industries & with lower trade management would be an added advantage.
- Has the ability of data analysis and market research.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills with positive working attitude.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Literate computer skills – Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to travel around East Msia
