Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimise ICT systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
• Develop and implement ICT policy and documentation.
• Manage ICT assets, vendors, and website updates.
• Support onboarding and ICT setup for new employees.
• Monitor cybersecurity and system performance.
• Recommend and implement digital tools that help the company work better.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT support, network administration, or system maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of ICT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with website management, system updates, and documentation.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and ICT policies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
