Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and optimise ICT systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
- Develop and implement ICT policy and documentation.
- Manage ICT assets, vendors, and website updates.
- Support onboarding and ICT setup for new employees.
- Monitor cybersecurity and system performance.
- Recommend and implement digital tools that help the company work better.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICT support, network administration, or system maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of ICT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with website management, system updates, and documentation.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and ICT policies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
