Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, invoicing and billing
  • Handle and manage customer orders
  • Update monthly customer statements, send invoices and payment reminders.
  • Process recording and filing documents
  • Other administrative tasks

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification with more than 1 year of working experience as a clerk or billing clerk
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines

3. SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE (Pending area, Kuching), Edu: Diploma/Degree related; manage TikTok/Facebook/Instagram, Experience in producing video using software
