Job Responsibilities
Perform data entry, invoicing and billing
Handle and manage customer orders
Update monthly customer statements, send invoices and payment reminders.
Process recording and filing documents
Other administrative tasks
Job Requirement
Minimum SPM qualification with more than 1 year of working experience as a clerk or billing clerk
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
