Job Details
Minimum requirement:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (preferably with telecommunications exposure)
- 1–3 years of QS experience in telecom or utility projects (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions)
- Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good understanding of construction methods, contracts, and legal regulations
- Able and willing to travel to project sites when required
- Able to converse in Mandarin
