MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 
JOB DESCRIPTION
 

• Monitor and maintain all facilities in the building
• Carry out preventive maintenance work and attend service request
• Troubleshoot and undertake repair and maintenance work

JOB REQUIREMENT
 

• Certificate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience with Hospital/ Hotel/ Facility Management background is an added advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Aptitude for customer support.
