Position Summary:
The Admin Assistant supports the logistics and supply chain operations by handling administrative 
tasks, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth and 
efficient workflows. This role involves tracking shipments, managing documentation, and assisting 
with operational planning.

Qualifications and Skills:
 

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Able to start IMMEDIATELY.
