SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilites:

• Supervising daily site activities to ensure workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
• Plan, organize, and monitor site operations including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate and instruct subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to achieve project goals.
• Prepare site progress reports, update the office team, and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure project timelines are met and work is executed as per approved drawings, construction plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements:
 

• Must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering.  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil & structural construction works.
• English communication skills, written and oral. Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to work as a team player in dynamic environment.
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• Willing to travel to project sites
