Based in Kuching
Responsibilities:
- Handle routine inquiries, correspondence, and document management
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and basic facilities coordination
- Perform data entry, record updates, and maintain administrative systems accurately
- Assist in handling staff grievances or disciplinary matters
- Support in organizing staff welfare activities, company events, and training sessions
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in HR/ Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
