Job Details

 Based in Kuching
Responsibilities:
 

  • Handle routine inquiries, correspondence, and document management
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and basic facilities coordination
  • Perform data entry, record updates, and maintain administrative systems accurately
  • Assist in handling staff grievances or disciplinary matters
  • Support in organizing staff welfare activities, company events, and training sessions
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements: 
 

  • Possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in HR/ Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

SARAWAK CONSOLIDATED INDUSTRIES BERHAD - 1. ACCOUNTANT (Kuching), Degree/Master/Diploma in Finance/Accounting, 5 yrs exp; handle mgmt accounts & statutory reports, budgeting, costing, cashflow, liaise auditors/tax agents; BM & English.
2. HR & ADMIN OFFICER (Kuching), Degree/Diploma in HR/Business Admin, 2 yrs exp; manage HR/admin docs, office ops, staff issues & events, data entry; Excel/Word, BM & English.
