ACCOUNT CLERK

Requirements:
 

• Possess Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or related experience. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures (added advantage).
• Non-Muslim candidates only, due to the handling and sale of non-halal products.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Enter financial data such as invoices, receipts and payments into accounting software.
• Maintain and update accurate accounting records.
• Assist with bank statement and ledger reconciliations.
• Process routine transactions including billing and payments.
• Respond to inquiries regarding financial records or transactions.
• To perform any other duties as and when required by the Superior / Management.
