QAQC SUPERVISOR (SITE GUSTINA)

Responsibilities:
 

• Review project specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved requirements.
• Conduct trainings and briefings to site teams on quality procedures.
• Perform inspections for structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Monitor daily site activities and document findings.
• Prepare and maintain inspection requests (IRs), test reports, and QA/QC records.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Identify defects and issue NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) when needed.
• Verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure testing of materials (concrete, rebar, waterproofing, etc.) is done as per standards.
• Attend site meetings on quality matters.
• Submit weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.

Qualifications:
 

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in high-rise or apartment construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and quality procedures.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
