INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Perform daily FWD cycle count and SAP transactions
• Conduct weekly RVC cycle count and execute SAP transactions
• Prepare monthly CC Part Spread & Inventory Report
• Prepare monthly Global Hazmat Dashboard inventory update
• Monitor storage bin utilization and perform inventory housekeeping
• Prepare month-end MBWA report
• Attend to any quality-related issues for inventory such as PPL, global purge, MRB, shelf-life, etc.
• Perform inbound receiving and SAP transactions
• Prepare daily local POD update and milestone reporting

Requirements:
 

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1–2 years working experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory systems is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze inventory data
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Able to handle warehouse documentation and reporting
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Have own transport.
• Able to read/write & understand English.
