PROJECT MANAGER – HIGH-RISE BUILDING

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a high-rise construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Plan, execute and deliver the project within timeline and budget
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Monitor site progress, quality and safety
• Solve technical issues and prepare management reports

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-rise projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
