  • Possess at least Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience
  • Computer literate with proficient in Accounting software (AutoCount), SQL payroll, MS Excel/Words
  • Able to handle account payable, receivables & payment processing
  • Track attendance/leave records and assist with monthly payroll processing
  • Support recruitment activities including job posting & interview scheduling
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge in E-invoice preferred
  • Ad hoc task when required
