FACILITY MANAGER/FACILITY COORDINATOR (1 positions)
QUALIFICATION :
- Diploma/Degree in FM, Building Services, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years facility management experience.
- Strong M&E system knowledge (HVAC, electrical, fire system, pumps).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee full facility operations including M&E, housekeeping, security, landscape.
- Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, owners, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Manage contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and facility reporting.
- Prepare budgets, improvement plans, and operational strategies.
