RESIDENT ENGINEER (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL WORK)

• Must be a Degree Holder in Civil Engineering Program from a recognised university,
• Experience in site supervision of buildings/Civil works,
• Familiar with common practice in reinforced concrete building and structural steel building,
• Full time supervision at Site,
• Ensure Contract deliverables are executed satisfactorily,
• Monitor and control work progress,
• Ensure Contractor’s HSSE and Quality Management are practiced satisfactorily,
• Coordinate work interfaces among all disciplines and with other contractor/consultant(s) engaged by the Client,
• Preferably candidate that is able to communicate in Mandarin.
