SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER CUM PROJECT PLANNER

Kuching 
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the building construction industry, with at least 8 years managing complex, fast-track high-rise projects.
• Strong leadership and project delivery record from design development to handover.
• Proven track record in developing, monitoring, and updating integrated master programmes for high-rise developments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
